Meet Aj Speaks

Aj Speaks is more than a voice — it is a movement rooted in healing, restoration, empowerment, and purpose. Founded by Angela Jones, Aj Speaks was created to inspire individuals to rise above trauma, pain, setbacks, incarceration, rejection, and life’s most difficult moments. Through lived experience, compassion, and truth, Aj Speaks creates safe spaces for people to rediscover their value, reclaim their identity, and walk boldly in their purpose.

With more than 20 years in social services and reentry support, Angela has dedicated her life to advocating for underserved communities, individuals impacted by incarceration, families affected by trauma, and those searching for hope in the middle of hardship. Her message is rooted in authenticity, accountability, healing, and transformation.

Because the vision extended beyond speaking alone, she founded Aj Enterprises Presents, an organization built on the belief that healing should reach communities as a whole.  The mission is simple yet powerful; to empower change restore lives and build futures. Through outreach, mentorships, reentry advocacy, education, and transformational programing, Aj Enterprise Presents was created with one vision in mind. To help heal the world one Ife, one family, and one community at a time.
